This robotic CNC cell was developed to automate the entire handling process of coated wood panels, from pallet receipt to final palletizing after machining.

One of the main differentiators of this solution is the dual gripper, which allows the robot to handle two panels simultaneously: the machined panel, ready for palletizing, and the next panel to be loaded into the CNC machine. This feature enables the robot to remain on standby with a panel ready to feed the machine, ensuring immediate replacement as soon as the CNC cycle finishes, without any downtime.

Quality Control Integrated Vision System and Manual Inspection

The cell integrates 3D and 2D cameras responsible for reading and validating the position of the panels, ensuring correct orientation before insertion into the CNC machine. This system guarantees precision, repeatability, and error reduction throughout the entire process.

The solution ensures a continuous, precise, and highly efficient process, reducing downtime and significantly increasing productivity.
