ESI Robotics’ detergent production line is fully connected, ensuring continuous communication between all robots, packaging and palletizing cells, conveyors, and monitoring systems. Thanks to this connectivity, production data are collected in real time, enabling automatic adjustments, complete traceability, and predictive maintenance.

The use of digital twins enhances this integration, simulating each stage of the line and anticipating possible failures or optimizations, ensuring that the entire operation runs in a synchronized and efficient manner. This intelligent connectivity transforms the line into a solution that is not only automated, but also intelligent and responsive, in line with the principles of Industry 4.0.
